What's in it?

Rosemary Oil: Is known for being a “vasodilator” which means that it dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow to the scalp. Sourced from India, our Rosemary Oil penetrates the scalp faster than other products on the market because we use sub-micron technology (see Q1). Panahi’s clinical study revealed that 10% Rosemary Oil is more effective at stimulating hair growth than 2% Minoxidil!

Peppermint Oil: Helps with scalp itchiness. Has a natural refreshing scent and cooling sensation of Peppermint.

Melatonin: you might know melatonin for regulating sleep … but it actually enhances hair thickness and density too, promoting hair growth! When applied to the scalp, it nourishes and revitalizes hair follicles, contributing to fuller and healthier-looking hair over time. Also, clinical studies reveal that Melatonin is a preventative treatment for alopecia and hair loss. It delays hair aging too.

Copper Tripeptide: strengthens hair follicles and promotes hair growth. When applied to the scalp and hair, it supports the overall strength and vitality of the hair, helping to maintain a fuller, healthier look, while reducing the risk of hair breakage and loss.

How to use styling mousse for curly hair?

Start on damp hair: After washing and conditioning, gently towel-dry or use a microfiber towel to remove excess water.

Section your hair: Divide your hair into sections to ensure even application.

Dispense mousse: Shake the As I Am Styling Mousse well and apply a generous amount of mousse into your hand.

Apply evenly: Distribute the mousse from roots to ends using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Style as desired: Use your hands to scrunch your curls upward to enhance definition, or use the praying hands method for smooth application.

Air dry or diffuse: Let your curls air dry for a natural look or use a diffuser to boost volume and speed up drying.

Fluff and separate: Once dry, gently fluff your roots or separate curls for added volume and shape.

Since each product is made using Sub-micron Technology (which breaks down ingredients into ultra-small particles), ingredients are able to penetrate the hair & scalp instead of causing buildup.

Is this collection synthetic fragrance-free?

Yes, there is no added fragrance. However, the collection does have a natural scent from the Rosemary and Peppermint Oils.
