Krullur.is and warranty terms

Orders

An order is processed when payment has been received. As soon as payment is received, the buyer is sent a confirmation email. An email is then sent when the order has been processed and is ready for delivery.

You can choose to pick up your order at Gorilla Warehouse or have it delivered.

Delivery and delivery method

You can pick up products at Gorilla warehouse in 104 Reykjavík.

Open weekdays 12-5pm.

Orders picked up in store are collected by Gorilla Warehouse. Orders are usually ready the same day, but otherwise the next business day unless something comes up.

Home delivery service takes 1-2 business days.

International shipments usually take 1-3 business days.

The carriers are Flytjandi, which handles shipments outside the capital area, and TVG-Zimsen ehf., which handles domestic delivery services.

Shipping

Rural area: Carrier. - 900 kr.

Capital Region: Express home delivery in the capital region with TVG-Zimsen ehf. It is recommended to order and pay before 1 pm to ensure delivery is made the same day. - 1,200 kr.

Krullur.is ships to any country.

Price

24% VAT is included in the price of the product and invoices are issued with VAT. All prices are subject to visual distortion or printing errors and reserves the right to Krullur.is reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the wrong price has been quoted. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you and refund any payment made. Please note that online prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Currently, Krullur.is only offers bank transfers, but card payments are an upcoming option.

When paying by bank transfer, you will receive an email with bank details. Your order is accepted once the transfer has been processed. If payment is not made within 48 days, your order may be considered invalid.

An email is sent if an order has been canceled.

Confidentiality

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

Warranty terms

Return period and refund right

The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase, provided that the product has not been used, is returned in good condition in the original packaging, and is unused. If the product is sealed, the seal may not be broken. The period begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. A receipt for the purchase of the product must be included. A full refund will be made if the above conditions are met and after the product is received. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Cons

If a defect occurs in a product, the buyer is offered a new product, a refund, or a discount. This depends on the product and the nature of the defect.

Notification of defects must be received within 2 months of the buyer becoming aware of the defect.

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any dispute arising from it shall be settled by the District Court of North Iceland.
