This can be done by using a microwaveable heating cap, warming the outside of your cap with a blow dryer, wearing a hooded or bonnet dryer or using a hair steamer. This heat generated from your scalp will allow the conditioner to better penetrate your hair. Shampoo and condition your hair as usual, making sure to remove all of the oil from your hair.
